At Alpha State, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products that support your mindset and wealth-building journey. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:
Digital Products
All digital products including (but not limited to):
- The 8-Page Wealth Blueprint eBook
- Daily Manifestation Journal
- Wealth Scripting Workbook
- Abundance Affirmation Card Deck
- Manifestation Checkbook
- Self-Made Empire Vision Board Kit
- Any bundles or additional digital downloads
are non-refundable.
Once a digital product is purchased, you will receive instant access via email and/or your account. Because digital files can be downloaded and copied immediately, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on digital items for any reason, including change of mind.
By purchasing any digital product from Alpha State, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Physical / Non-Digital Products
For any physical products we may offer in the future (e.g., printed journals, physical affirmation decks, or merchandise):
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
To initiate a return for physical items, please contact us at our Contact Us form on our site with your order number and reason for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged digital access link (extremely rare) or a damaged physical item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem (replacement link or refund where applicable).
