All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Mentorship calls are scheduled separately and subject to availability.

2. License and Use Rights

When you purchase a digital product from Alpha State, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal development and business purposes only.

You may not:

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card details.

4. Refunds and Returns

In summary:

  • Digital products and bundles: All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to the instant nature of digital delivery.
  • Mentorship Calls: Once booked and confirmed, sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling (subject to availability).
  • Physical products (if offered in the future): 30-day return window applies, subject to conditions in our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers and No Guarantees
